This notice explains how The Royal We, LLC, operating as RAGnos Labs on ragnos.io, collects and uses your information. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers. The only thing we collect is what you type into the waitlist or contact form.
1. What information do we collect?
When you submit the waitlist form on ragnos.io, we collect your name, email, optional company name, and the product interest selections you chose. When you contact us by email, we receive whatever you choose to send. When you connect to our hosted services or download Dr. RAGnos, our infrastructure logs short-lived request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for security and debugging.
2. How do we use your information?
Waitlist submissions are used to contact you when the relevant product (Dr. RAGnos commercial features or RAGnos Loops) is ready for early access. Email correspondence is used to scope, contract, and deliver professional engagements. Server logs are used to detect abuse and diagnose outages.
3. What legal bases do we rely on?
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other GDPR jurisdictions, our legal bases are: consent (for the waitlist), performance of a contract (for paid engagements), and legitimate interest (for site security and responding to inquiries).
4. When and with whom do we share your information?
We share information only with the service providers required to operate the site and deliver the product: Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, edge security), DigitalOcean (server hosting), Formspree (waitlist form backend), Amazon Web Services (storage and outbound email via SES), and any contracting and payment platforms named in your engagement agreement. These providers act as processors under our instructions. We have not disclosed, sold, rented, or shared personal information to any third party for advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes in the past twelve months.
5. Do we use cookies and tracking technologies?
We use Plausible Analytics for privacy-first traffic analytics
(no cookies, no cross-site tracking, aggregated counts only).
Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site as a security and
performance layer, may set a short-lived cookie named
__cf_bm for bot management. This cookie is strictly necessary for site
function and is not used to track or profile you.
6. How do we handle data we receive through Dr. RAGnos?
When you run the open-source Dr. RAGnos CLI against your own codebase, processing happens locally on your machine; we do not receive your source code or scan output unless you explicitly choose to share it. Hosted commercial features (when launched) will operate under a separate Data Processing Agreement specific to that engagement.
7. Is your information transferred internationally?
Our infrastructure lives in the United States. If you are accessing the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards, including the standard contractual clauses offered by Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Formspree, and AWS, for cross-border transfers.
8. How long do we keep your information?
Waitlist submissions are retained until the relevant product is generally available, after which they are migrated into the appropriate customer relationship system or deleted at your request. Server logs are kept for roughly thirty days, then deleted automatically. Email correspondence is retained as long as it remains relevant to the relationship.
9. How do we keep your information safe?
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict administrative access to multi-factor authenticated accounts, and keep our software stack patched. No security program is perfect; if a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify you as required by applicable law.
10. Do we collect information from minors?
This site and product are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email privacy@ragnos.io and we will delete the record.
11. What are your privacy rights?
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the information we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict our use of it. Email privacy@ragnos.io to make any of these requests; we will respond within thirty days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
12. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
We do not respond to Do-Not-Track signals because we use only cookieless, aggregate analytics and do not perform behavioral tracking.
13. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with consumer privacy statutes have the rights to know, access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about them, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. Email privacy@ragnos.io to exercise any right.
14. Do other regions have specific privacy rights?
Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Act, the New Zealand Privacy Act, and POPIA respectively. These rights generally include the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email privacy@ragnos.io.
15. Do we update this notice?
Yes. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we make material changes. If a change materially affects how we use existing data, we will notify waitlist subscribers and customers by email.
16. How can you contact us?
Email privacy@ragnos.io for privacy questions, or hello@ragnos.io for general inquiries. Postal mail can be sent to The Royal We, LLC, 418 Broadway STE N, Albany, NY 12207, United States.
