Start with one concrete sentence about the release moment:

1. Before
Describe the state before the scan in operational terms. Focus on uncertainty, not drama, and keep it close to the release window.
2. Findings that mattered
List the two or three findings that actually changed the decision surface. Do not dump the whole report.
3. What got fixed
Show what was actually remediated before the release window closed.
4. What still stayed open
This is where the post earns trust. Some issues should stay open if they are lower risk than the work required to close them immediately.
Closing
End with the release decision and the reason it was justified. The point is confidence with evidence, not confidence theater.
